Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Regulars is a loyalty program for local shops, operated by AgentJoy. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including what your staff do at the counter. Keep your password private and remove staff access when someone leaves.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Text-segment top-ups are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once used.
• Monthly text allowances do not roll over. Purchased top-up segments stay until used.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

4. Your customers' data

The customer details you collect belong to you. We store and process them on your behalf, and we never sell them or use them to market to your customers. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Text messages

You may only text customers who gave you permission. You agree to follow the rules in our Messaging Policy. We may suspend messaging if we receive complaints.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Regulars to send spam, to mislead customers about rewards, or to break the law. We can suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability and liability

We work hard to keep the service running but cannot promise it will never be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

8. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time and export your customer list first. We may end the agreement if you break these terms or don't pay.
